Who is the journal for?

Anyone who trains in combat sports and wants a clearer plan for their development. The daily check-ins cover striking, grappling, MMA, strength and conditioning, mobility and rest days.

Do I need to compete to use it?

No. Daily check-ins, lessons and weekly reviews can support your routine whether you train recreationally or compete. Competition tools are there when you need them.

How do I use it around training?

Set your targets, then use the daily check-in to record what you trained, what went well and what needs work. Review the week and choose a clear focus for your next sessions.

How is the journal structured?

Start with your 90-day vision and five measurable targets. Work through 13 weeks of lessons, daily check-ins and weekly reviews, then return to your targets to reflect on your progress.

What else is inside?

The 348-page journal also includes a competition log, opponent analysis, fight and self-analysis, and a Systems Builder. Use them to prepare, review footage and connect techniques into your own fighting systems.
